village hall

Hepscott Village Parish Hall, located in the centre of the village, is a one roomed carpeted facility with enough seating space for around 80 people.

The Hall is available for private hire and is enjoyed by a number of regular users. It is ideal for meetings, children’s parties, anniversaries and cultural events.

The Hall often hosts public events including Quiz Nights, Highlights (Musicals and Plays including Comedy Acts), Lectures and Forums for Debate. Such events are open to the public and tickets for can be purchased from the Booking Secretary.

The hall is served by a small adjoining kitchen equipped with an electric cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, double sink, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses and tea/coffee making facilities.

The hall is also equipped with male and female toilets including a separate disabled facility.

A small carpark is adjacent and an overflow facility is available in a nearby greenfield meadow.

There are 12 square tables suitable for bridge and whist and 6 longer tables all of which can be placed together for other functions.

More recently a projector, screen and facilities to allow streaming from the internet have been added. A small additional charge may be levied to use such facilities.
